Miscellaneous Options Bar

	Search	This button will bring up the Search box and allow you to search for or open another study.
	Close	You can use this button to close the study you are currently viewing
	Send/Receive log	You can view the status of studies being received or sent by clicking this button.
	Open	You can view individual DICOM files by clicking this button
	Scrapbook	You can create a scrapbook, a collection of individual images, by using this button.
