Measurement Options Bar

	Probe	You can measure the measure the attenuation of x-rays in tissue (using Hounsfield units ) in CT studies using this button. For other studies, a pixel value is given.
	Line measure	Click on this button, and you can use the right mouse button to measure the linear distance between two points.
	Ellipse	You can use this button to draw an ellipse (using the right mouse button) on your study, and get measurements of the ellipse such as area, mean, and standard deviation.
	Clear measurements	You can remove your measurements from the screen by clicking this button
	Calibrate	You usually will not need to calibrate your images. This button will calibrate them if you do need it.
